Our Plastering Services
Venetian Plaster
Made from slaked lime, and marble dust, Venetian plaster can be integrally tinted to almost any desired color. It is applied in multiple thin coats, typcially 2-4 depending on the chosen finish. When hand-polished, it can range from a soft sheen to a high-gloss surface that resembles polished stone. It is durable, long-lasting, breathable, and naturally resistant to mold / bacteria, while also helping regulate indoor humidity. As a lime-based material, it contains no harmful VOCs and continues to cure over time through carbonation, strengthening as it absorbs carbon dioxide from the air.
Gypsum Plasters
A traditional plaster wall system applied over plasterboard or basecoat to create a solid, monolithic surface. Gypsum plasters truly become part of the wall itself, resulting in a dense, durable surface with real weight and presence. It can be finished smooth for a clean, modern look or worked for light texture, and it can be integrally tinted so color is built into the plaster rather than applied on top. Textured Gypsum plaster, while depending on the tint can often have a rustic, stone like appearance.
Lime Paint
Lime paint is a natural mineral finish that can be tinted in a wide range of colors. It is breathable, durable, and typically applied with a brush, creating a soft, organic texture. It can also be applied by roller or spray for different finish effects. Unlike standard paint, lime paint produces a richer, more integrated tone with natural variation. It is suitable for both interior and exterior use and can be thinned to create a translucent lime wash effect, ideal for layering overtop of other plastered surfaces, and because it is made from natural materials and allows moisture to pass through, it supports healthier indoor air quality and resists the cracking and peeling commonly seen with conventional paints.
Marmorino Plaster
Marmorino is a traditional lime-based plaster mixed with finely crushed marble, creating a finish that resembles natural stone or polished marble. It can be applied to achieve a smooth surface with a soft satin or light sheen and can be integrally tinted in a wide range of colors. The marble content gives the plaster natural depth, subtle texture, and visual movement that standard paint cannot achieve, with a coarser aggregate than Venetian plaster for a more grounded, tactile finish.
Roman Clay
Roman Clay is a decorative clay-based wall finish that creates a soft, matte surface with a velvety, organic appearance. It is applied by hand in thin, overlapping layers, allowing subtle tonal variation and movement to develop across the surface. It produces a smooth, stone-like finish with natural depth and is well suited for interior walls in both traditional and contemporary spaces. Roman Clay is breathable, low in VOCs, and designed for dry interior applications where a warm, handcrafted surface is desired.
Fine Grain Lime Plaster (P1)
Domingue Fine Grain Lime Plaster is a natural mineral plaster made from slaked lime and fine mineral aggregates. Its fine grain creates a subtle texture that catches light softly, giving walls depth and a handcrafted quality without gloss. The plaster can be tinted to almost any color and applied by hand to achieve a consistent, durable finish that feels solid and substantial under the touch. Because it forms a breathable, monolithic surface.
Stucco
Stucco is a traditional exterior plaster made from cement, lime, sand, and water, applied in multiple layers to form a strong, long-lasting wall surface. It can be finished smooth or with subtle texture, and tinted in a wide range of colors to complement any architectural style. Known for its durability and resistance to sun, wind, and temperature changes, stucco provides a protective, fire-resistant exterior that stands the test of time. Its classic appearance works beautifully with modern, Mediterranean, or traditional homes, giving your exterior walls a substantial, custom-crafted look that endures for decades.
EIFS (Synthetic Stucco)
EIFS is a modern exterior wall system that combines insulation, moisture protection, and a durable finish in a single, lightweight application. It can be finished smooth or with subtle texture and tinted in a wide range of colors, offering a clean, customizable look for your home or building. EIFS is energy-efficient, provides long-lasting protection against the elements, and allows for creative design options that mimic traditional stucco or other exterior finishes.
